This Web-based eLearning course provides the cognitive portion (Part 1) of the Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers course, and can be used for initial or renewal certification. Course participants who successfully complete Part 1 receive a certificate granting them entrance to a skills practice session (Part 2) and skills test (Part 3) with a certified American Heart Association instructor from Safety Training Plus which they must then pass to qualify for a BLS for Healthcare Providers course card. PC and Mac® compatible. Please include an e-mail address when ordering. HeartCode® ACLS Parts 2 (Skills) & 3 (Testing) 

This item is the Skills practice (part 2) and Testing (part 3) for the ACLS Heartcode class. Students pass the written exam in Part 1, at the end of the online portion, Memorialcare employee's may obtain their on-line portion (Part 1) from the Education Department (562-933-0640). Students will be sent their on-line key code via their Memorialcare email, and MUST complete their on-line portion PRIOR to coming to class. Successful completion of both the online and classroom portions, including skills practice and testing, qualifies students for the ACLS provider course card. Course participants who successfully complete Part 1 receive a certificate granting them entrance to a skills practice session (Part 2) and skills test (Part 3) with a certified American Heart Association instructor, which they must pass to qualify for ACLS Provider course card and can be used for initial or renewal certification.

The Heartsaver CPR AED course,Parts 1,2, and 3 when taken all together, combines basic CPR skills training with instruction and practice in using an AED. This course is designed for people who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. This course covers adult CPR AED with and without a mask, adult choking, child CPR AED (optional module), infant CPR (optional module) child and infant choking (optional module).(Optional) Course participants who successfully complete Part 1 receive a certificate granting them entrance to a skills practice session (Part 2) and skills test (Part 3) with a certified American Heart Association Instructor, which they must pass to qualify for a Heartsaver CPR AED course card. PC and Mac® compatible. Please include an e-mail address when ordering. The Neonatal Resusciatation Program (NRP) course conveys an evidence-based approach to care of the newborn at birth and facilitates effective team-based care for the health care professionals who care for newborns at the time od delivery. NRP uses a blended learning appraoch, which included online testing, online case-based simulations, and hands-on case-based simulations and debriefing that focus on critical leadership communication and teamwork skills.
